We are looking for a dedicated and reliable person for the position of Senior foilprint / print machine operator - luxe (M/F) who will contribute to the development of traditional printing, expertise and innovation of the printing house.
Previous experience with luxury printing techniques (3D foilprint and embossing, UV varnish) is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Adjusting machine settings for digital folio printing and varnishing (calibration, heating, pressure, speed)
- Adjusting machine settings for classic Gietz / Heidelberg folio printing (calibration, heating, pressure, speed)
- Supplying the machine with paper, cardboard, varnish and foil for folio printing
- Monitoring the production process and identifying defects
- Checking production quality and removing non-compliant products
- Maintaining safety rules and production requirements in accordance with work orders
- Detecting and reporting machine defects and performing settings
- Maintaining the machine
- Cleaning and maintaining the work unit at the end of production
REQUIRED PROFILE
- 5 years of experience in hot foil printing and embossing production as an operator
- 2 years of experience working on Gietz machines
- Experience in setting 3D and micro-textured place clichés on automatic plate-fed folio printing machines
- Experience in hologram printing
- Motivation and curiosity for developing skills in high-quality press
- Independence, responsibility and proactivity
- Precision and meticulousness during quality control of the entire circulation
- Strong mechanical aptitude
